Pilot Terms

The pilot

  • A free, one-week pilot for community managers in Israel, [PILOT START DATE] to [PILOT END DATE].
  • By using the pilot, you agree to these Pilot Terms and the Privacy Policy above.

As is

  • Provided "as is" and "as available". It may contain bugs and may change or stop at any time.

AI outputs

  • Drafts, summaries and other AI outputs may be wrong or incomplete. Review them before relying on them or posting them.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for what you send and post, and for complying with WhatsApp's terms and applicable law.
  • Messages you forward from drafts are sent by you, from your own WhatsApp. Send advertising content only to people who agreed in advance to receive it from you (Communications Law, section 30A).

Community members' data (processing terms)

  • Instructions. We process members' data only to provide the service and on your instructions through the service.
  • Your warranty. You confirm you have a lawful basis for the data you add, that you have told the members, and that you won't add sensitive details or a minor's phone number without a parent's consent.
  • Sub-processors. You authorize the providers listed in the Privacy Policy (Cloudflare, Meta, the AI provider, Google). We will tell you before adding a new one.
  • Confidentiality and security. Only authorized staff access the data, under confidentiality duties, with reasonable security measures.
  • Breaches. We will tell you without undue delay if we learn of a security incident affecting members' data.
  • Help with requests. We will help you answer members' access and deletion requests.
  • End of the pilot. We delete members' data as described under "How long we keep data", unless you sign up to continue.

No warranties; limitation of liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost data or profits, and our total liability is limited to [AMOUNT].

Feedback

  • We may use your feedback to improve the product.

Ending the pilot

  • Either you or we can end the pilot at any time. Data is then handled as described under "How long we keep data".

Confidentiality

  • Keep non-public product information we share with you confidential.

Governing law

  • Israeli law applies. The competent courts in [Tel Aviv] have exclusive jurisdiction.
